The Last War

Postby Doghouse » Wed Jun 30, 2010 8:31 am

This is a project that I'm playing around with at the moment, basically it's a sci-fi setting but will be in 42mm rather than 28mm or 32mm heroic.
I know that 42mm sounds like a strange scale but the beauty of it is that any of the 32mm heads and weapons will fit the models and be accurately proportioned.

I'm currently just playing around with bits at the moment but it's getting there. It sounds like a big scale to be playing around with but it really does work well. I'm making the humans in three parts, a head, torso with arms and legs attached and a weapon with hands attached.

Looks very interesting - that's nice smooth greenstuff work you've got going on. How much mode detail do you plan to add to the big guy? I must say that the head on the human trooper feels slightly too small for his body though.

Looking forward to your progress.
Oh yeah I can make that....
