Word up party people.

So... the dream is to have a scratch made Apostate Preacher for each chaos power.

I've basically finished sculpting the first one. He's a massively bloated, Slaanesh preacher screaming down a microphone and sitting on a plush throne. Being Slaanesh he's all about twisted pleasure and sound.

The latest project though is a Nurgle Champion/ Preacher. This guy's all about rebirth and disease. I purposefully want him to be evil looking. No smiling papa nurgle crap. This guy needs to be low down and dirty. I also believe that the model needs to suspend belief at some point. I suppose it’s to represent the fact that he is driven by an unbelievable force. Also hopefully from the photos you can see that he's holding a baby in the crook of his arm. Still undecided as to whether to do a baby (creep factor) or a maggot (gross factor). I think I'm gonna do the baby to be fair.

The horn in the head is all about a man trying to impersonate his diety's minions, also toying with the idea of one eye stitched up or missing with a grown over socket.

I agree about the baby being too weirdy, that's the point. In that way it's disturbing like jap horror. In jap horror they always f@¥% up kids and that's one of the things that makes it so disturbing. In american remakes they f$%# up teens and it's so boring you end up wandering whether the cheerleader's gonna get her tatties out before she croaks. I want this piece to rob you of any pretension that this guy is going any other way than further down the spiral. I WANT it to be edgy, creepy as f@$#!

Trip barrelled pistol's already been shitcanned and will prob appear on a termi cos it's so unwieldy. Leaning towards a trip barrelled jezail/scythe with uber gnarly stock and shit!
