Recommeded source for white epoxy

I will be casting a 6 ounce mold of an epoxy part, and need the resin to be marine waterproof, bright white, 24 hour room temp curing (to remove bubbles), and no oven required. Also will be adding a filler for lightening the product, so presumably micro spheres or similar would be used. Initial viscosity would need to be low to accept the filler. 80D cured hardness or higher would be good. Maximum part thickness is about 1/4 inch. And it does not need to be a high-temp epoxy, since it's operating at room temps only. And although it does not need to be potable, it will be in contact with aquatic life.
The goal is minimization of resin+filler cost per ounce. Most of the white marine epoxies I've seen are about $1.30 per ounce, shipped, in 5 gallon quantities. After mixing with micro spheres, it looks like the final cost could be brought down to about $1/oz.
Does this seem right, and might anyone have links to such white epoxy?
