Confused newbie

My interest in casting is 1/32 scale figures and farm animals. Britains figurine sizes. I have tried gravity but the results are not satisfactory. Im having trouble with the legs and ears even with venting. Im only referencing them for size and visualization.

Question 1
Vacuum casting or pressure?
I was leaning toward pressure and had purchased a harbor freight pot. But today when doing more research your blog warning came up for first time. This leads to question 2.
Question 2
The grizzly tank I've seen people talk about is only rated for 45psi. Everything I've read says you need 60 psi. Some more explanation would be helpful.

If vacuum for the small animals is best suggestions of economical way would be great.

I often see this question of vacuum or pressure and my answer is almost always, "Both!".
They serve superficially similar but actually quite different purposes.
Vacuum is excellent for removing the trapped air which leads to cavities in the cast and removing as many of the bubbles introduced by mixing the resin.
Pressure squeezes any remaining bubbles down as small as possible, increasing the density of the cast and, in turn, its strength. Cavities will be squeezed smaller but will not go away.
First vacuum, then pressure.

45psi will help. 60psi is better.
