I've probably played 50-60 games now and finally managed to kill the Aliens Queen. You have to block her off with Ripley and Apone using flamethrowers while the rest of the team dumps about a dozen shots into her.
This of course means surviving the earlier levels with a sizeable team, which isn't easy.
Still loving the heck out of this game.
