I don't think these guys have been mentioned on here, I picked up a couple of their sculpts and was pretty happy with them. They have some larger scale stuff as well as some stuff that's in scale with 28mm.

Wow those are amazing sculpts! It blows me away when they fit that much detail into a 28mm figure!
Edit: it turns out that one of the sculptors is Gael Goumon, who only recently became known to me. His style and attention to detail I really enjoy!
