Hi everyone, I'm new to working with resin, I have some i want to do some projects with but some involve setting one layer of resin and pouring another layer, I'm just wondering if there will be any visible sign of where the two or more layers meet or will it be completely invisible? Thanks for your input and I'm sure I'll be asking a lot more questions in the near future.

The layers should only be visible if the mixes of the two batches differ (this can easily happen with pigmented resin) or dust has settled on the first pour. The former can be avoided by pigmenting one part in a batch, the latter by covering the first layer as it cures.

Resin stick on each other, but do not heat it or put into direct sun, because it cause cavity between layers. I made some time ago this way mould for vacuumforming and it was bad idea.
