The manufacturer of the machine they use sells them the wax at a horrific mark up, they are in the process of experimenting with a cheaper "third party" wax... sound familiar?

Im getting a sample print this week, ill test a silicone cast from it and see how it goes!

Ill be making resin masters, so much easier that using actual molten metal! :p

Just when Id given up on it, my wax shot gun arrived this morning.

Im amazed.. the quality is incredible! even better than the ultra fine detail from shapeways.

If the price is even remotely reasonable, Ill be getting wax masters for anything smaller than 25mm.

Now to mold it and then melt it!! slightly worried..
