The casting on that piece looks wonderful - nicely crisp and clean. Do you know if the original was made the old way by hand or was it 3D printed (hopes for old school skils here.....)

That looks very well made (and cast). Rejoice Bec: judging from the creator's it looks like he's got some serious scratchbuilding skills!

I'm thinking of setting myself up a DVD laser diode on my CNC router for precisely that kind of thing
