Actually you'll find that non-profit/personal use is not a defence against IP violations. Copyright is easier due to a fair use defence.

And these would, ideally, be for sale to anyone who might want them (though I'm not holding my breath).

Is this really something that had to be resolved in public like that? I mean, couldn't you two settle this through PMs? :) I've got a feeling we're dealing with a simple miscommunication here.

Guys I've obviously missed something here and if people are going to be getting upset then this conversation needs to be wrapped up.

Either way, Islacrusez I don't agree with your stance on IP and think it would be a shame to let such silliness prevent you from making stuff for personal use (and as an extension of that even to sell a handful of them privately). But at the end of the day you have to do what you feel is correct.
