Actually you'll find that non-profit/personal use is not a defence against IP violations. Copyright is easier due to a fair use defence.

Is this really something that had to be resolved in public like that? I mean, couldn't you two settle this through PMs? I've got a feeling we're dealing with a simple miscommunication here.

Guys I've obviously missed something here and if people are going to be getting upset then this conversation needs to be wrapped up.

Either way, Islacrusez I don't agree with your stance on IP and think it would be a shame to let such silliness prevent you from making stuff for personal use (and as an extension of that even to sell a handful of them privately). But at the end of the day you have to do what you feel is correct.
