CNC Material

Postby MikeV87 » Fri Dec 02, 2016 3:47 pm

Hey guys. New to the forum. So i recently bought a cnc machine which i originally planned for wood and metal work. I began considering making molds for resin. The only thing i cant find is what material is good for resin that i can machine? Any hell would be appreciated. I tried the search but only found great basic cnc info.

Resin generally needs a flexible mould, so you're not going to be able to machine it directly. Instead, machine the part and then mould it in silicone.
