Hey,

just liked to make a thread with BFG ships I painted and liked to kick of with a Zeus Light Cruiser made by someone famous around here and a squadron of Space Bugs from France, made by Wintermans.

And, resin as well, a Novamarine squadron

I love workbench shots! The Zeus Cruiser looks particularly great from that angle!

Yeah, it really looks good from all angles. In the whole Imperial collection it has an unique place. Really well done by you and Armand.

But I am oh so stealing that colour scheme for them you have in the catalogue. It will be quite similar. Could you sent some respect from me to the one who painted them?
Just accept it as the standard pattern for the zeus sector.

On the picture: not that blazing orange painting pot.... I have that one since 1999... and it still in excellent condition. A disgrace has become of the GW painting range when compared to that.

They were painted by a fellow Aussie mate who goes by the screen name "Sheep": . He did indeed do an awesome job!

The asteroid? Is the one with the crashed Custodian. And... you can see an assault boat zipping over the surface in this one. The other side has a landed a-boat. Added will be small transports (seen in the previous wip picture).

Or that brown thing near the engine of the cruiser?
That is a kitbashed escort from long ago. Belonging to the race of the Tobari. I have two more. Lets see if I can picture them soon.
