I am just curious if anyone has any experience removing lines from the final 3D print.

It is a printed tower. Two sides are perfect, two have lines.

Besides using fine sandpaper do you have an idea what I could do with it?

This is a fairly common occurrence with FUD from Shapeways, so I assume the material & process is similar. A little superfine putty and gentle sanding..? :/

sanding is pretty impossible. Way too much work and would not look the same as the two other sides that are good.

Option 1. Cut the 3d model into flat sections and print it again.

Option 2. Find another printing place. Can someone recommend one perhaps?
