Mrs-Verlard/Vladimir or whoever he/she is casts this stuff for sale along with the knock off FW parts they keep peppering ebay with. Along with using armor "derived" from 40k designs his model is using direct re-cast darktrooper heads.

Honestly I think it looks terrible. It reminds me of plastic army men or something. The detail seems really poor.
